I have spent 22 years delivering oil & gas projects in the Middle East — beginning offshore in Egypt, expanding into onshore operations, and now running mega-program packages for a Tier-1 NOC through Worley.
Where I sit today
I am the Senior Project Manager for the Hydrocarbon Infrastructure Package on a $60M+ Tier-1 NOC upstream mega-program — gas compression facilities and cross-country pipelines, 120+ multi-disciplinary resources across global delivery centres. My remit covers scope, budget, schedule, and technical integrity under Program Director governance, with a parallel mandate to advise the client PMT on package restructuring, vendor data milestones, and inter-package interface dependencies.
Around 2023 I made a deliberate move alongside that delivery role: instead of accepting that the spreadsheet layer of EPC project management was permanent, I started building tools to replace it. Engineering estimation engines, resource planning dashboards, organisational design systems — every one of them came out of a real bottleneck I had hit on a real program. They run locally on a laptop with a small open-weight model. No cloud egress, no telemetry, no vendor lock-in.
I am not a software engineer and I am not a consultant. I am a PM who learned to deliver — because the tools I needed did not exist, the vendors selling them did not understand the workflow, and the budget was not coming.

Director-level Project Management or PMO roles in EPC, PMC, or owner organisations across KSA and the wider GCC, where the brief is to actually move the needle on delivery — not produce another transformation slide deck.
