Organisational Design System
A position-template library with archetype layers for different engagement modes. Generate a span-of-control-validated organisation chart in five minutes.

The problem
Every program mobilisation spends two weeks reinventing an organisation chart that nine other programs have already built. The archetype is known — what changes is scale, scope, and a few project-specific reporting lines.
What the system does
- Position library — templated positions covering engineering and management functions, each with archetypal seniority and reporting line.
- Archetypes — a layer for each engagement mode, picked at the top of the form.
- Engagement-mode field — every position carries an engagement attribute so a single program can run hybrid staffing without forking the chart.
- Functional reporting overlay — solid lines for line management, dashed for matrix reporting, validated against span-of-control.
- Export — clean PDF with project info block, version stamp, and AK Keystone v4 frame.
What it replaces
Two weeks of mobilisation effort, six rounds of stakeholder review, and a Visio file no one can update. The whole point of digital transformation is to delete work, not generate more of it.
